So things are seriously not okay with Barry.

In the Cortex with the rest of the team, Cisco sits in his comm chair fiddling with the bandage wrapped around his hand covering a boomerang injury, listening as Felicity has a very worried conversation on her cell.

"Okay. I'll call you back later," Felicity says jerkily, hanging up the phone and then speaking to the others in the room. "That was The Arrow. He says Barry is acting strangely."

"Strangely, how?" Dr. Wells asks.

Cisco feels like he already knows, but it's Joe who answers as he strides in through the doorway. "He's been whammied."

A sinking feeling hits the pit of Cisco's stomach as he listens to Joe describe Barry going off the rails in the precinct, and Caitlin offering her diagnosis.

"It's possible that his body is fighting off the effect, so it's hitting him slower," she says.

Dr Wells concurs with a foreboding observation, "When it comes to rage, that is not a good thing. The longer you suppress your emotions… "

"The bigger the explosion," Felicity finishes.

"Considering what he can do, how do we even stop him?" Joe asks.

"A cold-gun would come in real handy right about now," Cisco observes, which gets a quick reprimand from Joe.

"Hey," Joe growls in warning.

"I'm just sayin'," Cisco replies.

Dr. Wells has a suggestion.

"None of us can stop Barry," Dr. Wells says mildly. "Fortunately, Felicity knows someone who can."

All eyes turn to Felicity and Dr. Wells tells her, "I think you better call back Oliver Queen. We're going to need the Arrow's help."

After Dr. Wells's mic drop reveal about the Arrow's identity it doesn't take long for Felicity to call in her team and soon the S.T.A.R. Labs group is joined by John Diggle, while Oliver Queen hits the streets in search of the rogue Flash.

Cisco is beyond excited. Bouncing around the Cortex with GP the porg on his shoulder, he gleefully approaches Diggle.

"Ooooo, see I knew the Arrow was Oliver Queen," Cisco declares. "I mean, I had it narrowed down to, like, a list of a hundred and fifty people, but he was definitely on that list."

The excitement isn't catching, and Diggle gives Cisco an unamused look that withers Cisco's enthusiasm.

"Do you have a way to stop Barry's rage-fest?" Diggle asks, turning things back to business.

"I have an idea about how to do that." Dr. Wells speaks up. "Joe, we're gonna need your help."

"We need to find him first before he hurts somebody," Joe says, frowning at the thought. "I looked, but when he left the precinct he just disappeared."

Which isn't all that unusual with Barry, but it is a reminder of just all of the things that he can do.

"I'm working facial recognition, but nothing so far," Felicity says, staring at her screen in worry.

"Wait… checking out of CCPD, did he go through a doorway?" Cisco asks, turning to Joe.

"How the hell else would he leave, Cisco?" Joe asks, incredulous about the seemingly ridiculous question.

"Right. Hold that thought," Cisco declares, reaching up to pluck GP off of his shoulder and set him down on the desk, then holding up a finger to forestall any actions by the others. "I'll be right back!"

Hopping up out of his seat Cisco runs out of the room, heading for a broom closet downstairs.

Joe watches him go then throws Wells a stumped look.

"Where the hell is he going'? It better not be to get that-- "

Dr. Wells gives Joe a head shake that's part reassurance and part apology.

"No. It's… complicated."
